Hmmn...why are his intestines dribbling out of his body? Besides that, it's interesting. But i think you could have shaded his face better. And is it supposed to be like...he has a face, but there's this layer of skin thats covering it so you can't see anything? because in that case the shading has to be a lot more...whats the word im looking for...3D? i dunno..
besides that, good job :D
